What to Send for a Fast Quote

Every car uses a different key and immobiliser system, so a few details help me give you the right price first time. Whether you need a replacement car key, a spare key or help with a fob that has stopped working, this is what I need.

Your registration
This tells me the exact make, model, year and key system of your vehicle.
A photo of your key
If you still have one, a photo shows me the key type and blade. If every key is gone, just tell me.
Where the vehicle is
A postcode or nearby road lets me give you an honest arrival time.
What has happened

Needed a new van key pronto and after trying other companies who never replied or said they couldn’t do it, Shane was recommended to me by one of his competitors. A couple of phone calls and he turned up at my house, explained the process of programming the new key, cutting the key and then invited me to watch the process. How quickly can you get to me?

Typical arrival is 30 to 45 minutes across Southampton and Eastleigh. Further out, such as Winchester, Portsmouth or the New Forest, allow 35 to 60 minutes. I always give you an honest time when you call.

Do you answer the phone at night?

Yes. I am open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can call at any time, including late at night, weekends and bank holidays.

Is there a call-out fee?

There is no call-out fee within 6 miles of Eastleigh, including nearby parts of Southampton. For anywhere further out, I tell you the full price before I set off.

How do I get a price?

Call me, WhatsApp your registration and a photo of your key, or use the form on this page. If every key is lost, tell me, as that is an all keys lost job and is priced differently.

Can I book a spare key in advance?

Yes. Non-urgent jobs such as a spare key can be booked at a time and place that suits you, at home or at work.

Do you work with businesses?

Yes. I work with local businesses and fleet operators on van keys, spare keys and lock faults. Email me to set up an account or discuss regular work.

How can I pay?

By card on the day, bank transfer or cash.
