My story
How Lucky Lock Master Started
I have always enjoyed working with cars, solving problems and doing hands-on work, so becoming an auto locksmith felt like a natural fit. Every day brings a different vehicle and a different challenge. One call is a family locked out of their car at the supermarket, the next is a van driver who has lost the only key on a Monday morning with a full day of work booked in.
I set up Lucky Lock Master to do things properly. Many drivers assume their only option is the main dealer, vehicle recovery and a wait for a replacement key. For many vehicles, I can instead carry out car key replacement at the roadside, with the key cut and programmed during the same visit.
The business has been built on hard work, reliability and word of mouth. Most of my work comes from people who have used me before, or who were told about me by a friend, a neighbour or a local garage. In May 2025, Lucky Lock Master became a registered limited company, and I still run it the same way as the day I started, with every job done by me.
For me, it is not just about cutting and programming keys. It is about helping someone when they are stuck and making a stressful situation as simple as possible.

Why Every Job Is Done by Me
Lucky Lock Master is not a call centre or a national network. There are no subcontractors and no one else is sent in my place.
I do the work
From opening the vehicle to cutting the blade and programming the key, I carry out every step myself. That includes all keys lost jobs, where there is no working key left to copy.
I stand behind it
Keys I supply come with a 12 month warranty. If something is not right, you call the same number and deal with the same person, not a helpline.

Being trusted with Fire and Rescue vehicles means a lot to me. These vans need to be back in service quickly, so the work has to be right first time. I carry out van key replacement and ignition barrel repairs on site, so vehicles do not need to be taken off the road and recovered to a garage.
The same standard applies to every customer, whether you are a sole trader with one van or a company running several vehicles. Businesses can use my fleet auto locksmith service for spare keys, lost keys and lock faults across their vehicles.

My van is equipped as a mobile auto locksmith workshop, with professional key programming, diagnostic and key cutting equipment, so most jobs are finished at your vehicle.
Key programming
Diagnostic key programmers connect to the car through the OBD port to add new keys, remove lost ones and handle key fob programming.

Battery support
A stable voltage matters during programming. I use battery support on every programming job so the car electrics stay protected while I work.

Every vehicle is different, so I give you a quote on the phone once I know the make, model and year. You can also send me your details and a photo of your key.
An honest arrival time
Typical arrival is 30 to 45 minutes across Southampton and Eastleigh. If I am on another job, I tell you straight away.
No damage to your car
For a car lockout, I use specialist entry tools, not force. No broken windows and no damaged locks.
No call-out fee locally
There is no call-out fee within 6 miles of Eastleigh, including nearby parts of Southampton.
Tested before I leave
Every key is tested for starting, locking and unlocking before I pack up, so you drive away with a key that works.
Easy ways to pay
Pay by card on the day, bank transfer or cash, with a receipt for every job.

Two recent all keys lost jobs, both finished at the vehicle with no dealer visit and no recovery truck.
Volkswagen Passat B6
With no keys left, I read the immobiliser data from the car, then cut and programmed a new key on site. This is typical of the Volkswagen key work I do every week.

A BMW with the FEM system and no working key. I read the data needed from the engine module and programmed a new key, a job many people assume only a BMW dealer can do.
